What is the use of fused silica powder?
Release time:2021-07-07 14:50:03      Hits:432

Fused silicon powder is made of fused silica, glass and other materials as the main raw materials, and is produced by grinding, careful classification and impurity removal. It has high insulation, low linear expansion coefficient, low internal stress, and electrical conductivity. Excellent performance and other characteristics.

Fused silicon powder has high purity, low dielectric constant, dielectric loss and linear expansion coefficient. It is better than crystalline silicon powder in the signal transmission speed, transmission quality and reliability of electronic products. It can be used in smart phones, automobiles, and network communications. And copper clad laminates used in industrial equipment; epoxy plastic packaging materials used in integrated circuit packaging such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, charging piles, photovoltaic modules, etc.; and adhesives, coatings, ceramics, encapsulating materials and other fields.

Fused silicon powder is also called amorphous silicon powder or amorphous silicon powder. The raw material of fused silica powder produced by crushing, grinding and classification methods is smelted quartz. The smelting quartz production process is to first crush the siliceous raw materials into small pieces of 10-20 mm, use the accumulation acid leaching method to remove surface impurities, and then rinse with water and dry. Put clean and dry small materials into the smelting quartz furnace, and switch on the silicon carbide rod power supply; after smelting at high temperature (1 800-2 000 ℃) for about 10 hours, it will be quenched and broken out of the furnace, selected by hand, and then purified, pickled and removed. It is washed with acid and deionized water, and then becomes the raw material of amorphous silicon powder after drying.
